IEC of the Bluegrass is a nonprofit trade association representing merit shop electrical contractors and industry partners across 86 counties in Central and Eastern Kentucky.
At the heart of our mission is workforce development. Through our U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program, continuing education offerings, advocacy efforts, and networking opportunities, we help members develop skilled electricians, strengthen their businesses, and build the future of the electrical industry.
Our goal is to provide the training, resources, and connections needed to support both today’s workforce and the next generation of industry professionals.
